Hunter Economic Zone
This website contains information about the Hunter Economic Zone (HEZ) which is an area of land in New South Wales that has been set aside for development as industrial estates.
This website has been prepared for use by people who are interested in acquiring, leasing or otherwise participating as owners or occupants of any of the industrial estates in HEZ.
All dealings in the industrial estates in HEZ are handled by or on behalf of HEZNom. Other interested parties in the development and disposal of the industrial estates include HEZ Pty Limited, HEZ Management Pty Ltd, HEZ Estate Management Pty Ltd, Valad Property Group and Hardie Holdings Pty Limited (together called HEZ Parties).
