HEZ's contribution to the community reaches far and wide, and strives to improve the community's standing wherever possible.

HEZ supports the local community in two different but equally important ways; through its Community Support Program (CSP), which provides $30,000 to community projects annually, and via sponsorship of local events and initiatives that directly contribute to the region's prosperity.

Community Sponsorships
HEZ is committed to supporting regional events and initiatives that provide a direct and long-lasting benefit to the area.

As a result, HEZ has sponsored a broad range of groups across the Hunter region, from sporting groups, to major events and projects.

HEZ supports and allocates funding to projects that provide opportunities for the local Kurri Kurri population to be able to share in a sense of community spirit and comradery, as well as improving and building on the skills, relationships and practices already in place.
